Norm Kirkpatrick, Owner/Broker, opened the doors to Confederation GMAC Real Estate on the Trans Canada Highway, North River, in 2003.

This event marked the realization of Norm's dream to build a unique, service oriented, real estate brokerage where the customer comes first. His affiliation with GMAC Real Estate, Canada, underscored his belief in 'Service You Deserve. People You Trust!'

Under Norm's leadership, Confederation GMAC Real Estate has become one of the most successful real estate partnerships on Prince Edward Island for both the Islanders and for those ‘from away'. This success can be attributed to the caring, personalized service and the many years of Residential, Commercial, Agricultural, Recreational, Land Development, and Relocation real estate expertise that the ConfedGMAC team brings to the table to benefit their clients.

Pat & The Elephant

And the clients are not the only ones who benefit; ‘Pat & the Elephant', a non-profit Island transportation service for disabled clients from 16 months to 100 plus, also benefits. Norm and his ConfedGMAC team are committed to making an annual donation to this very worthy organization year after year.

Location, Location

Today, Confederation GMAC Real Estate operates two offices to serve their valued clients.

The original North River office continues to be a convenient location for the many Island residents and visitors who travel East along the Trans Canada Highway from the Confederation Bridge as 52 Trans Canada Highway is the first real estate office on the right hand side, immediately after the TCH & York Road intersection in North River, before entering the City of Charlottetown.

The second office opened in 2006 at 25 Hopeton Road, Stratford.  This office is located in the Bunbury Mall and is easily accessible for anyone traveling West  on the Trans Canada Highway from the Wood Islands Ferry as the Mall entrance is on the right hand side via Hopeton Road, just before crossing the Hillsborough Bridge into Charlottetown.
